Hey there, I'm Jyoti – a software engineer turned fitness enthusiast and your guide through the 5-Day Superwoman Challenge!

Life got pretty hectic juggling my roles as a mom, wife, and daughter-in-law. But amidst it all, I discovered my passion for helping women like you thrive in their fitness journey.

Back in 2018, I hit a breaking point and decided to take charge of my life. I dove into fitness, got certified, and started teaching Zumba. But I quickly realized that the typical routines weren't cutting it for Indian women.

Sooner I decided to build something more practical to help women attain their ideal health and physique. That’s when I launched Super Women Club, which is India’s most premium women's transformation program. Here we work on all areas of life which are Health, Relationship, Career & Personality transformation.
