Dr. Jyoti Srivastav

Hi, I’m Jyoti—a software engineer by profession and a fitness trainer by passion.

Like many Indian women, I play many roles every day—mother, homemaker, daughter-in-law. But the role closest to my heart is being a women’s fitness coach. I’m at my best when I’m on the FunDa floor, guiding my FunDa family.

After marriage, life became overwhelming. Responsibilities grew, and somewhere along the way, I lost myself.

On 4th June 2018, I made a promise to myself: “That’s it. I want my life back.”

I trained rigorously, earned multiple fitness certifications, and began teaching Zumba from my home to women in my neighborhood. But soon, I realized something important—Zumba wasn’t designed for the typical Indian woman’s body or lifestyle. That’s when I started creating something of my own.

After a year of research, practice, and real-life testing, FunDa was born—a simple, fun, Indian-friendly fitness method designed to improve strength, stamina, and confidence.

And that’s how Fitness FunDa with Jyoti began—by women, for women.
